Ms. Madersky is a non-practicing attorney working alongside LongVue’s Financial Planning team. She specializes in private angel and venture capital investments, mortgage and home equity financing and long-term philanthropic planning. She serves as a point of contact for clients in the midst of negotiating early stage private investments, assisting in due diligence and deal tracking.  In addition, Ms. Madersky works closely with mortgage lenders, helping clients secure competitive mortgage products and structuring loans.  Finally, Ms. Madersky assists families in their charitable pursuits helping facilitate family foundation meetings, drafting grant letters and organizing foundation documentation.  

Prior to joining LongVue, Ms. Madersky worked in Boston as a contract associate for Fidelity Investments in their internal advisory/risk management division. In addition, Ms. Madersky has worked as a law clerk for several Boston-area law firms, specializing in corporate law and employment litigation.

Ms. Madersky was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in June of 2008.  She earned her law degree from Northeastern University in May of 2007, and earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Carleton College in May of 2003.
