Thea R. Brown-Allen, Senior Operations Associate

Ms. Brown-Allen specializes in enabling and maintaining LongVue clients' private banking functions. Responsible for executing the recommendations of LongVue's financial advisors and helping clients achieve maximum access to their resources, Ms. Brown-Allen's experience in managing private banking relationships for high net worth clients at LongVue was preceded by 15 years of experience at Fleet Bank. Previous to that, Ms. Brown-Allen was a professional counselor, building on her master's degree in counseling psychology and bachelor's degree in sociology from Indiana State University.

Her unique ability to negotiate the quick turns that sophisticated financial management demands often owes much to her interpersonal as well as her crisis management skills. Solving clients' occasional financial "migraine situations" has involved everything from expediting delayed mortgage closings to getting money to clients stranded in Australia, to quickly determining the value of somebody's precious metals.

Effective problem resolution, she believes, includes staying calm, hewing to rational analysis and, once a course is set, moving forcefully.
